Youth Fusion was founded in 2023 in Utrecht, the Netherlands, as a youth-led association focused on empowering young people through Erasmus+ projects and international collaboration.

While we are a young organization, we are built on strong foundations of experience in youth work, training, and international project coordination. Our team members bring diverse backgrounds and years of involvement in non-formal education across Europe, ensuring that every project is delivered with quality, purpose and lasting social impact.

Although we are a young association, our experience runs deep. Our members bring over 5 years of combined expertise in Erasmus+ projects, youth activism, and international mobility programs.

We have worked across more than 25 countries, organized youth exchanges, training courses, and social innovation events. We have also written and managed approved KA152 projects and contributed to dozens more. Our team understands how to turn ideas into real, meaningful results for communities across Europe and beyond.

At Youth Fusion, we don’t believe in fitting into boxes. This is where creativity meets sustainability, and where projects come alive with real energy and purpose. That's just how we roll.

We believe in fun with a mission, aesthetics with meaning, and collaboration that creates lasting change. Our team blends skills from business, tech, dance, music, sports, and activism to create something fresh and vibrant — that’s the fusion. And for us, this is just the beginning of a bigger movement for youth empowerment and innovation.
